PLEASE NOTE:

1. If your watch is unable to recognize the SIM card, please make sure that the card has been inserted correctly. You will hear a clicking sound when SIM card was inserted correctly.

2. About how to connect the mobile phone.

1). Directly search for the “wiiwatch2” application in the APP store of your smartphone, download and install it;

2). Enter the “wiiwatch2” app and follow the instructions to turn on Bluetooth. Click on “connect device”, “Scan QR code” will shown on phone’s screen;

3). Then open the smart watch, find the “Assistant” app, click “Connect Phone”, and then you can see a QR code.

4). Scan the QR code on the watch with your smartphone and follow the instructions to connect and pair.

Ps: If the connection is unsuccessful, please uninstall the “wiiwatch2” app and clear the Bluetooth pairing record. Then reset the watch, and try again.
